WOUND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (AUSTRALIA) 2017

The William Light Institute will be offering a new Wound Resource Management Program in 2017 suitable for nurses, podiatrists, physiotherapists and emergency services personnel.

The program consists of 3 modules each with a half day clinical skills workshop with leading wound experts.  The program is accredited by the Australian College of Nursing and the European Wound Management Association.

Participants completing the full course may use the designation ‘Wound Resource Nurse’ or ‘Wound Resource Practitioner’. 

You can complete the program at your own pace or simply choose individual units following the Foundation Module. The Foundation module of 3 units and one workshop costs $600. Individual applied and specialised units thereafter $120 per unit and the full course is $1200.  Please also ask your colleagues to consider this course!!

 

The Mona Dharmasenan Nursing Scholarship Program 2017

Alumni of The William Light Institute may be eligible for a scholarship which will cover all fees to study the Wound Resource Nurse program. Applicants need to provide a no more than one page justification for a scholarship based on their contribution to nursing or their professional workplace.

The scholarships are in memory of our much loved Founding Principal Mona Dharmasenan.
